Service: The level of service at the Waldorf Astoria was exemplary. Every staff member I encountered was attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond made my stay truly memorable. The room was large, spacious, clean, and comfortable. The spa is nice but a bit small and includes a sauna and pool, however, it is recommended to book a massage which was excellent. Breakfast is good but not special. Overall the staff was kind.

I went into the Dining Room and Emily took really care of us and made as feel at home. I went into the Bar and Sanda was readily available to provide Amazing And prompt service.
