This is a very impressive hotel in terms of its design. The ancient structure that has been significantly restored gives a romantic flair. The hotel is located in the best area of Jerusalem. The room was large, spacious, clean, and comfortable. The spa is nice but a bit small and includes a sauna and pool, however, it is recommended to book a massage which was excellent. Breakfast is good but not special. Overall the staff was kind.

Staff was immediately attentive. From Krana, Daniella, and Yosef all my needs were taken care of. They are Excellent. I went into the Dining Room and Emily took really care of us and made as feel at home. I went into the Bar and Sanda was readily available to provide Amazing And prompt service. I will be definitely coming back next year Thank you everyone you’ve all been FANTASTIC!!

This hotel brought my trip to Israel on a whole different level! The staff was super nice and friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the room was cleaned and smelled fresh every day. The hotel is stunning and in a great location! We'll definitely be back!

Faultless. The hotel was beautiful, the food fantastic and the service unparalleled. The concierge could not have been more helpful. The Friday night dinner was one of the best we have ever had. This was our first time staying here, but now we would not stay anywhere else in Jerusalem.
