My recent stay at the Waldorf Astoria Jerusalem was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this hotel is a masterclass in luxury and elegance. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, and the marble bathroom was a touch of opulence with its deep soaking tub and rainfall shower. Service: The level of service at the Waldorf Astoria was exemplary. Every staff member I encountered was attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond made my stay truly memorable. Whether it was arranging a special dinner or providing local recommendations, their service was flawless. Dining: Dining at the Waldorf Astoria was a culinary delight. The hotel’s restaurant offered a diverse menu of exquisite dishes that showcased both local and international flavors. The breakfast spread was particularly impressive, with a wide array of fresh, high-quality options. The ambiance of the dining areas added to the overall experience, combining elegance with comfort. Facilities: The hotel’s facilities were top-notch. The spa offered a sanctuary of relaxation, and the fitness center was well-equipped. Location: Situated in the heart of Jerusalem, the Waldorf Astoria is ideally located for exploring the city’s rich history and vibrant culture. Many of the city’s major attractions are within easy walking distance, which made it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. Overall Experience: My stay at the Waldorf Astoria Jerusalem exceeded all expectations. The combination of luxurious accommodations, exceptional service, and a prime location made it a standout

It was great experience! We loved everything about hotel, apartment, service. Breakfast was exceptional. All staff we met were friendly, nice and welcoming. The location is really great, walk distance from a lot of places of interest. Beautiful hotel with old fashion spirit 👌

Staff was immediately attentive. From Krana, Daniella, and Yosef all my needs were taken care of. They are Excellent. I went into the Dining Room and Emily took really care of us and made as feel at home. I went into the Bar and Sanda was readily available to provide Amazing And prompt service. I will be definitely coming back next year Thank you everyone you’ve all been FANTASTIC!!

The breakfast was varied with good quality products. We preferred this location for our vacation due to the high standard of services, the special interior space/design and the short distance from the Old Citadel. Thank you!

It was super clean, very well maintained. The pool was great and my son really enjoyed it. Great breakfast! Also, the location was awesome- less than 2m walk to the Mamila. We’ll come back :)
